About The Position

The Lash Lounge at Arizona Center in Phoenix is hiring full-time Lash Stylists. The Lash Lounge is a luxurious salon brand specializing in lash and brow treatments, offering services like eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and threading. The role involves providing excellent guest experiences and maintaining high professional standards. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities for advancement to higher stylist levels and potentially a Lash Stylist Trainer role.

Requirements

• Active Arizona cosmetology or esthetics license.
• Full-time commitment; outside lash work or independent clients are not permitted.
• Saturday availability, every week.
• Professional appearance maintained at all times.
• Retail sales is a required part of this role.
• Reliability is non-negotiable.
• Punctual, accountable, and able to work independently within a structured system.
• Positive attitude and genuine care for the guest experience.
• Comfort educating guests on services and product recommendations.
• A team player who respects brand standards and salon policies.
• Must sign a minimum 1-year employment agreement.
• Must sign a non-solicitation agreement.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician ready to commit to a full-time lash career with real room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension full sets and refills.
• Provide lash lifts and threading services.
• Educate guests on services and product recommendations.
• Engage in retail sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Adhere to brand standards and salon policies.
• Onboard and train new stylists (for Trainer role).
