About The Position

The Lash Lounge at Arizona Center in Phoenix is hiring full-time Lash Stylists. The Lash Lounge is a luxury salon brand specializing in lash and brow treatments, including eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and threading. The role involves providing excellent guest experiences and maintaining a high professional standard. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company, including a path to a Lash Stylist Trainer role.

Requirements

Active Arizona cosmetology or esthetics license.
Full-time commitment.
No outside lash work or independent clients permitted during employment.
Saturday availability, every week.
Professional appearance maintained at all times.
Retail sales is a required part of this role, not optional.
Reliability is non-negotiable.
Punctual, accountable, and able to work independently within a structured system.
Positive attitude and genuine care for the guest experience.
Comfort educating guests on services and product recommendations.
A team player who respects brand standards and salon policies.
Minimum 1-year employment agreement.
Sign a non-solicitation agreement.

Nice To Haves

Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician ready to commit to a full-time lash career with real room to grow.
Demonstrate mastery and professionalism for Lash Stylist Trainer designation.

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension full sets and refills.
Perform lash lifts.
Perform threading services.
Provide a high level of guest service and ensure guests feel taken care of.
Educate guests on services and product recommendations.
Engage in retail sales as a required part of the role.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Work independently within a structured system.
Onboard and train new stylists (for Trainer designation).
