Requirements

Previous experience as a lash artist of at least 6 months.
Lash Certification.
Knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques and styles.
Customer service skills.
Experience with salon software.
Must have a valid cosmetology or skin care specialist license with the NJ Board of Cosmetology.

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension and lift/tint services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal.
Perform Eyelash lifts/tints, brow laminations and Brow Tints, Facial Waxing.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to clients on eyelash care and aftercare products.
Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions/lifts/tints/Brow Laminations and Brow Tints etc.
