Supervises 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Laser Department.
Requirements
- 3D Programming.
- Manufacturing.
- CAD Design.
- Good Math Skills.
- 5 years experience in laser operation/supervision.
- Problem Solving.
- Self-Motivated.
- Reliable.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Good with People.
- Various Computer Skills.
Responsibilities
- Trains and supervises all laser department employees.
- Programs Lasers.
- Creates product modifications and designs using Solid Works and other software.
- Calculates cycle times for quoting purposes.
- Provides Customer Support.
- Schedules Laser Production.
- Responsible for Laser Department Quality.
- Ensures proper inspection, production and maintenance of equipment.
- Good attendance is an essential function of this job.
