About The Position

Clow is looking for a Laser Production Assistant to help keep their laser production running efficiently by inspecting parts, removing imperfections, and supporting the Laser Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality results, likes staying active, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Clow forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Responsibilities

• Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs, removing imperfections to meet quality standards.
• Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear for continuous production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the Laser Department.
• Use our ERP system and a forklift to move, stage, and store materials accurately.
• Work closely with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to keep production flowing smoothly.
