Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, CNC, laser processing, metal fabrication, automated production, or related industrial experience preferred
• CNC, 3D laser cutting, robotic welding, CNC fabrication, or other advanced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing technology
• Ability to read basic blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation
• Ability to use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to recognize quality concerns and communicate effectively with production and support teams

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced CNC laser systems used for precision 3D laser cutting and automated robotic laser welding
• Load, position, and secure materials and components into laser equipment and precision welding fixtures
• Select approved production programs and verify the correct materials, tooling, fixtures, and documentation
• Monitor automated manufacturing cycles for machine performance and product quality
• Follow standardized work instructions while meeting production, quality, and scheduling expectations
• Cross-train across multiple laser technologies and production cells as your skills develop
