About The Position

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Laser Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and work with limited supervision, setting up and operating Laser machines and all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.

Requirements

Mechanically adept.
Blueprint reading
Good math skills
G/D & T Knowledge

Nice To Haves

Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
Laser Operation experience preferred
Computer skills a plus

Responsibilities

Set up and operate all Laser operations to produce quality parts.
Conducts preventative as scheduled
Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed.
Work with Maintenance on major issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
Other duties as assigned.
