Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating CNC lasers, brakes, and drill presses in a sheet metal environment
• Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings
• Ability to read a tape measure and use dial/digital calipers
• Forklift experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to complete tasks within established timeframes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good attendance and reliability
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and production schedules
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Familiarity with shop workflow and material routing processes

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser, CNC brake, drill press, and other hand and power tools
• Read and interpret machining prints and part drawings
• Route materials through the shop to support production flow
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to ensure accuracy
• Operate a forklift as needed to move materials
• Follow standardized work instructions to meet Lantech quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and on time
