About The Position

Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) is seeking a Large Market Leader to drive strategy within this segment and manage relationships with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG). This role involves assessing current services, identifying opportunities for client retention and revenue growth, and supporting the executive sponsor of this initiative. The leader will also serve as the AGRC Project Manager for select ECG clients, driving performance, relationships, and growth. Additionally, this position will assist in organizing AGRC NA's Regional Industry Practice strategy in collaboration with AGRC Global Industry Practice leadership. A key aspect of this role is active participation in the AI Working Team to drive innovation, operational efficiencies, and execute AI-driven solutions by integrating consulting with technology. Collaboration with the AGRC NA Growth Team for broader growth opportunities and support from an ECG perspective is also expected. The role requires ensuring Aon delivers best-in-class services, innovating new consulting solutions, and driving revenue growth through an integrated, data-driven approach. Building relationships within the Aon network, including market-level account executives, producers, casualty broking leadership, and office leaders, is crucial. This position is a member of the AGRC North American Leadership team, reporting directly to the AGRC North American Leader.

Requirements

Prior people leadership experience and evidence of success in establishing budgets, managing financials, sales initiatives, innovation and colleague development.
Technical skills in addressing various risk consulting services.
Strong networking and collaborative skills.
Client facing role and prospect/RFP engagements when necessary.
Motivated to learn with a strong demonstration of accountability and process ownership.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy across the Large Market segment.
Manage relationships with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG), including clients and internal Aon representatives.
Assess current services and identify opportunities to drive client retention and revenue growth.
Serve as the AGRC Project Manager for select ECG clients, driving performance, client relationships, and growth.
Assist in organizing AGRC NA's Regional Industry Practice strategy.
Be an active member of the AI Working Team to drive innovation and operational efficiencies.
Be accountable for the execution of AI driven solutions, marrying consulting with technology.
Collaborate with the AGRC NA Growth Team for broader growth opportunities and support from an ECG perspective.
Ensure Aon is delivering best-in-class services to clients, innovate new consulting solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Drive an integrated approach across all solutions, supported by data and analytics.
Build relationships within the Aon network, including market level account executives, producers, casualty broking leadership and office leaders.
Be an active member of the AGRC North American Leadership team.
