This is a professional sales role within PepsiCo Sales, specifically for the United States Beverage organization. The role involves being the primary store-level salesperson to large accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants, with the goal of growing business in assigned accounts. Collaboration with Territory Sales Leaders, Large Format Sales District Leaders, Merchandisers, and Key Account Managers is essential for targeting incremental selling opportunities and driving Key Performance Metrics. Communication with cross-functional teams like delivery and warehouse personnel is also required to ensure high levels of customer service. The role involves learning new technologies and selling skills, supporting Pepsi's safety culture, and being flexible with scheduling, including early mornings and potential evenings. Physical requirements include periodically lifting up to 40 lbs and using a pallet jack for inventory management.
