About The Position

The Large Format Packaging Associate is responsible for the packaging, kitting, and shipment of Large Format items, including but not exclusively, signage, displays, and point-of-purchase kits. This role prepares and organizes finished goods for shipment and ensures that orders are packaged carefully, accurately, and on time. An ability to follow work orders' instructions and communicate order status is essential. A keen eye for detail and a team-centered mindset are required. Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of Packaging, Collating, Shipping, or associated experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Package and prepare printed items for shipment, pick-up, and/or delivery
  • Precisely follow work orders' instructions
  • Choose the proper packaging materials for printed items
  • Ensure that work order quantities and versions required are present
  • Support, organize, and direct “Pack-Out” campaigns
  • Visually inspect, stack, sort, and organize printed items
  • Utilize and support the improvement of established packaging methods
  • Communicate and synchronize with other Team members
  • Occasionally support the Production Team
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of internal Quality Standards.
  • Keep and maintain an organized work area.
  • Contribute to Team workshops and training events.
  • Attend and participate in team production meetings.
  • Follow standard protocols and contribute to the development of new internal processes.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to the sales and project management teams.
