About The Position

FindTutors is a leading platform for private tutoring and personalized education in the UK. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Language Tutors to join our team. This role offers a flexible online opportunity to work from home, supporting students of all ages in learning and improving any language. You will deliver personalized 1-to-1 or small group lessons tailored to each student's level, focusing on developing speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills. The goal is to build student confidence and fluency, while also supporting their specific needs such as exam preparation, travel, relocation, academic goals, or professional communication.

Requirements

• Strong command of at least one language (native or C1/C2 level)
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods
• Passion for languages, teaching, and student development
• Ability to work with different ages and learning levels
• Reliable internet connection for online teaching

Nice To Haves

• Previous tutoring experience (training or experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1-to-1 or small group lessons adapted to each student’s level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
