About The Position
To support the Laneige Brand Marketing Team across all functions, from product to consumer to trade, with a majority focus on trade marketing.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Beauty Marketing
- Previous intern experience in Marketing preferable
- Currently studying (or graduated with) a Marketing-adjacent degree
- Available for hybrid office work week
Responsibilities
- Assist with Go-To-Market (GTM) launch plans
- Coordinate support from US teams for PR and social media initiatives
- Competitive deep dives
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate agendas, take meeting notes and distribute updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Update and manage marketing calendars.
- Help with creative asset requests from brief to delivery across partners.
- Track creative materials, including event collateral and EDU resources working cross functional teams.
- Support the execution of sampling and promo activities.
- Monitor international VMD timelines and requirements.
- Maintain assortments
- Submit invoices and track expenses
