Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position within a landscaping company, nursery, or similar green industry organization
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance estimating processes and a demonstrated knowledge of plants
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to use computers and software including a robust CRM tool is a must
Nice To Haves
- LMN experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Following up on leads from our digital marketing efforts
- Converting new maintenance sales opportunities into clients
- Writing proposals and following up with clients to ensure conversion
- Networking in the community to generate new leads through referrals and strategic partners
- Generating enhancement sales with existing client base
- Ensuring contract renewals and client satisfaction through monthly and quarterly client meetings
- Tracking and updating the CRM
