Requirements

Must be career driven
Must be able to work 40+ hours a week
Must be able to work weekdays and weekends
Must be able to safely operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools (e.g., leaf blowers, edgers, aerators, and chainsaws).
Must be able to haul debris, load/unload equipment, and maintain a safe, clean job site.
Must be able to shovel snow, clear walkways, and apply salt/sand for ice control.

Responsibilities

Overall supervision of anything landscaping related
Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and trim lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers.
Garden Maintenance: Weed, prune shrubs, trim trees, and deadhead flowers to promote healthy growth and neat aesthetics.
Seasonal Cleanups: Rake leaves, clear debris, and perform seasonal property cleanups.
Planting & Mulching: Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees; spread mulch, fertilizer, and topsoil as directed.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools (e.g., leaf blowers, edgers, aerators, and chainsaws).
Site Management: Haul debris, load/unload equipment, and maintain a safe, clean job site.
Winter Services: Shovel snow, clear walkways, and apply salt/sand for ice control.
