About The Position

Terra Green is a full-service landscape company seeking a motivated and driven worker to join their Landscape Maintenance team. This department is responsible for maintaining the grounds of commercial and residential properties in and around the Charlotte region. The role involves operating power landscaping equipment and performing various tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, digging, and other landscaping or enhancement tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, be willing to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, a strong drive, a great attitude, and a good work ethic. A minimum of six months of experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time permanent position.

Requirements

6 months of commercial landscaping experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual preferred, but not required
Ability to oversee the maintenance of properties
Ability to load and unload equipment onto trucks
Ability to work well with others and be a team player
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to follow instructions
Enjoy working outdoors
Have good work ethic
Strong drive and will to succeed
Willing to submit to Drug Test and Background Check
Have a valid Driver's License/ID

Responsibilities

Perform yard work tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, pruning, digging, etc.
Communicate well with supervisor
Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner
Ensure a clean and safe environment for both employees and clients
Responsible for assigned equipment and truck
