Landscaping & Maintenance Assistant
About The Position
THE ranch is a large property on Lake Austin just outside of Austin City limits and home of a C-level executive. The property consists of a main home, guest house, workshop, pool, wellness center, boat house and meticulously maintained grounds. THE ranch is supported by an Estate Manager and an on site maintenance team. The team’s responsibility is to ensure the property is held to the highest standards of safety, beauty, and cleanliness. This is accomplished through innovation, constant process improvement, and an uncompromising commitment to hiring, retaining, and rewarding the best talent available. Assist the Facility Lead with the care, upkeep and maintenance of the estate. Must be willing to work outside in all weather. Must be passionate about wanting to learn and not afraid to get dirty. Attention to detail is critical. General knowledge of the following helpful: carpentry, horticulture, plumbing, electrical/mechanical systems, use/maintenance of all types of power tools.
