About The Position
NOW HIRING LANDSCAPING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY! Starting pay of $18+ per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE! Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, well-maintained properties? On The Green is hiring Landscaping Laborers to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with teammates and clients.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
Nice To Haves
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, raking, and flower planting.
- Complete spring and fall clean-ups with attention to detail.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Ensure all properties are left clean, neat, and professionally finished.
- Support additional tasks as needed to complete daily job assignments.
