About The Position
The Landscaper’s job is to cultivate and care of the landscaping and grounds of the property. The Groundskeeper plants, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains the outsides of buildings as needed.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record.
- Ability to handle hand, power tools and power equipment.
- Accurate, attention to detail, service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, replace, and repair irrigation systems.
- Install, service, replace, and repair outdoor lighting elements including timers and photocells.
- Install, service, replace, and repair fencing.
- Install, service, replace, and repair mulch and various ground coverings.
- Clean firepits, BBQ grills, and reset site furniture.
- Trim trees and shrubs.
- Care of small farm animals.
- Operate a golf cart safely and responsibly.
- Operate a riding lawn mower and other landscaping machinery.
