Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, and watering lawns.
- Weeding, mulching, and planting landscape beds.
- Trimming and removing trees, hedges, shrubs and other plants.
- Perform general maintenance duties such as clearing walkways, decks, and driveways.
- Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants.
- Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
- Grade and prepare planting beds, lay sod, plant materials and seed.
- Perform daily maintenance on all equipment used according to the established maintenance schedule.
- Operate company trucks and equipment in compliance with established safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
