Monarch has full time/year round work for Landscapers with competitive starting pay of $20/hour. Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping
• Snow plowing experience strongly preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to help with on call for snow removal duties

Responsibilities

• General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
• May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• During snow removal season responsibilities may include clearing driveways & parking lots with both plow and/or snow blower, as well as applying deicing/salting materials to walkways/parking
• During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7
• Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
