Requirements

British Columbia Driver’s License (N or FULL Class 5) - Learners or International Driver Licenses are not accepted.
Ability to walk 20,000+ steps a day and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Excellent Reliability (good attendance, on time, consistent performance)
Team player
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn
Open and receptive to ongoing feedback
Smartphone with data plan
Willingness to drive company trucks as trained
Willingness to commute to sites within the Lower Mainland
Language of work: English

No experience is required to start as an Entry-Level Landscaper, but outdoor or physical work experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Work with the diverse team to enhance local communities’ green spaces and improve the environment by supporting plant health and vegetation that aids in carbon capture.
Lawn mowing
Line & blade edging
Leaf blowing
Shearing
Pruning
Bed work
Weeding
Planting
Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment (lawn mower, leaf blowers, shears)
Driving the company truck to the local dump and waste facilities
Opportunities to explore other landscape divisions, including Irrigation, Plant Health Care, and Landscape Services, as experience and confidence grow.

Competitive wages $24.35-$27.06/hour to start, depending on previous work experience
