Landscaper - ESD Associate
About The Position
This is a full-time, year-round Landscaper position in Westboro, Massachusetts. The role involves performing professional landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties, including travel between multiple job sites, assisting with installation and maintenance projects, operating landscaping tools and equipment safely, and driving work vehicles and trailers. The position also includes support for winter operations such as snow removal. Candidates will work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available. Hours are tracked via a workforce timekeeping application. Housing coordination and temporary hotel accommodation may be arranged. Candidates may transition to direct employment after approximately 6 months.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer required
- Ability to travel between approximately 5–10 job sites per day
- Approximately 60% English proficiency preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
- Standard background check required
