About The Position

The Landscaper/Maintenance position is responsible for property maintenance and troubleshooting and repairing equipment and building systems. This position is responsible for ensuring facilities are functional, well maintained, and clean. Applicants for this position must be reliable, willing to pitch in, and able to work in all weather conditions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience landscaping.
Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform property upkeep, lawn maintenance, clearing debris within and surrounding the property.
Operate mowers, weed whackers, saws, power tools, and hand tools.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance on lawncare equipment.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Keep records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions.
Estimate, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.
Snow and ice removal.
