We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our lawn and landscape team. This is a physically active job that requires working outdoors, lifting, walking, and operating equipment throughout the day.
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends during peak season
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns using commercial equipment
- Trim and edge around walkways, beds, and structures
- Trim shrubs and maintain landscape beds
- Rake, mulch, and perform seasonal cleanup
- Blow off walkways and hard surfaces
- Assist crew leaders with daily property maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
