About The Position

The Landscape Worker 3 at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i performs landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of resort grounds. The role operates landscaping equipment and tools, supports irrigation system repairs, and assists with turf care, pruning, planting, and general grounds upkeep. Work must be completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. The position requires legal authorization to work in the United States and a Hawaii driver’s license and driver’s abstract. Scheduled days and times may vary based on operational needs, and availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Hawaii driver’s license and driver’s abstract required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push or pull as needed during shifts.
• Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions.
• Weekend and holiday availability required; scheduled days and times may vary based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment; conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general grounds maintenance, with attention to quality and safety.
• Support irrigation system repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed.
• Support daily operations by directing assigned team members and transporting employees to and from job sites when required.
• Follow safety protocols and exercise proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.
