We’re hiring reliable, hard-working team members to build high-quality landscape projects. This is a hands-on role working on a crew installing planting, irrigation, and hardscape. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Some landscaping or construction experience preferred
- Driver’s license is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install trees, shrubs, sod, and landscape materials
- Assist with irrigation installs (trenching, pipe, heads, valves)
- Support hardscape work (base prep, pavers, grading)
- Load/unload materials and keep jobsites clean and organized
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
- Follow direction from the Foreman and stay productive throughout the day
