Galbraith's Landscaping & Lawn CareFort Wayne, IN
Onsite

About The Position

Galbraith’s Landscaping & Lawn Care is seeking independent, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and seeing the results of their work. In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to customer properties to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides that improve lawns and manage pests. We provide hands-on training to teach proper application techniques and how to identify common lawn problems. Once trained, you will be able to diagnose and resolve lawn issues during service visits and offer additional services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for completing your daily schedule and all required forms and reports. We’re looking for a driven new team member who takes pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces and enjoys working outdoors in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-focused, and motivated to grow their skills in landscape construction, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting, and grading. The right candidate is self-motivated, works efficiently both independently and with a crew, and brings a strong work ethic to every job site. You’ll be expected to follow project plans, operate equipment safely, and deliver clean, professional results that exceed customer expectations. When direction is minimal, you take initiative—identifying opportunities to enhance the finished product and contribute to overall job quality and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish and wants to grow within a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and leadership development.
