About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to support our growing irrigation and landscaping division. This role is critical to maintaining strong client communication, driving quote follow-ups, and supporting a department generating $5M+ annually, with significant growth expected. This is an immediate full-time job opportunity with a salary of $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.

Requirements

• Landscape industry experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong computer proficiency (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email communication)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to complete a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and provide professional support
• Prepare and send quotes to clients in a timely manner
• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to help drive sales conversions
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Support scheduling of approved jobs in coordination with operations
• Attend 1–2 weekly networking/marketing events
