Creative Landscaping & Design is an industry-leading, professional outdoor landscaping firm specializing in custom landscape design, installation, and ongoing landscape services. We have been creating and maintaining inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for over 50 years throughout Southwest Michigan. We are located near Lake Michigan in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan. Requirements

2+ years of experience in landscaping, sales, client service, or related field.
Enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and has strong organizational ability.
Great positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a broader team of professionals.
Ability to work with other team members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent and frequent communication with customers, so as to ensure strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct site visits to connect with clients, aid in the consultation and development of installation and enhancement projects, or landscape maintenance needs.
Provide calculated estimates for clients as needed.
Establish effective lines of communication between the client, sales, design, and the production team to ensure seamless transition from one customer step to the next.
Follow up with clients post-project to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and neighborhood referrals.
