About The Position
As a Landscape Foreman, you are the heartbeat of our field operations. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the Lawn Care Lead who ensures our clients’ properties look pristine. This role involves leading a team in daily landscape maintenance tasks, managing equipment, monitoring plant health and irrigation, client interaction, and occasional snow removal during winter months.
Requirements
- 2+ years in landscape maintenance
- 1+ year in a leadership role
- Valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English

- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-5 members in daily mowing, pruning, and plant care.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure safety compliance on every job site.
- Monitor irrigation systems and plant health to catch issues before they grow.
- Be the face of The Budd Group for our clients, ensuring high-quality results.
- Step up during the winter for occasional snow and ice removal duties.
