About The Position

Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site Responsibly drive company's dump trucks from jobsite-to-jobsite Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a crew lead or supervisory role
Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
