Requirements

• High school diploma
• Be physically fit and have great endurance
• Ability to use and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
• Execute verbal instructions, read labels and signs
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, and as a team

Nice To Haves

• A valid driver's license with a good driver's record is an asset
• Experience in Landscaping or related field (farming, tree planting, construction etc.) is an asset

Responsibilities

• Follow crew leader instructions in order to complete projects on time and according to specifications
• Plant, maintain flower beds, laying mulch and soil
• Weeding manually around flowers or by applying vinegar
• Use different equipment to cut grass, hedge trimming and other tasks
• Load / unload truck with crew leader or other crew members
• Report any issues to the crew leader
