About The Position
Bauman Landscape and Construction is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead field crews and oversee the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while managing daily operations, maintaining productivity, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and safety.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a crew lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems
- Ability to manage crews, prioritize work, and maintain productivity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew
- Organize daily work assignments and coordinate schedules
- Perform and oversee planting, pruning, irrigation, turf care, and hardscape maintenance
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to project requirements
- Uphold company safety policies and promote a safe work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond professionally to service requests
- Train, coach, and support crew members to encourage growth and performance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, working condition
