About The Position

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely
Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques
Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning
Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred
Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for landscape projects
Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and growth
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering schedules
Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for customers and staff
Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls with proper care and upkeep
Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving landscaping or site improvements
