Requirements

• One year of related work experience, or two years of work experience.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Hilltop Criminal Background Check
• Sex Offender Registry
• Non-Facility TRAILS (Child Abuse Registry)
• Non-Facility Fingerprints
• Driving Record
• Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check (CAPS)
• Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusion List
• Tuberculosis (Tb) Skin Test
• Influenza Vaccination
• Any other required vaccination

Responsibilities

• Maintaining plant beds by pulling weeds and keeping them clear of debris.
• Pruning plants; ensure plants, shrubbery and trees are neatly trimmed and routinely deadheaded.
• Maintaining irrigation systems by changing and adjusting sprinkler heads.
• Mowing and line trimming lawns.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Light building maintenance which may include helping the building maintenance crew with assigned duties.
