Requirements

  • Safety Sensitive Position.
  • Background screening, MVR review, and drug screening are part of the employment process.
  • The ability to acquire a DOT health card; and maintain insurable status under company auto policy are ongoing requirements of this position.
  • Proficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, laptops, email, etc.)
  • At least 1-year recent work experience in the construction industry
  • Able to perform duties in all types of weather conditions
  • Must maintain our Company’s “No Jerk” culture
  • Safety and customer service oriented
  • Must be comfortable utilizing all provided personal protective equipment
  • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Pulling / Pushing up to 75 lbs.
  • Occasionally performing Confined Space Entry into below ground structures
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to cross train and work in all divisions is essential to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in setup and breakdown of equipment at jobsite (hoses, traffic control devices, filters, etc.)
  • Shop work / Housekeeping when and if needed
  • Assisting in cleaning of catch basins / storm drains; car wash pits; potholing, and hydro-excavation, working around live sewer projects
  • Conduct all duties in professional, courteous and customer service focused manner
  • Conduct all duties safely and always maintain safety awareness at all times
  • Proactive team player
  • Working between different divisions (vac, cctv, or hvac) as needed based on job/client needs
