About The Position

Laborers at Viridity perform manual labor and handle all routine and physical tasks related to the creation, care and maintenance of assigned project responsibilities. This role is crucial for the overall construction of lawn and landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks. The position requires skillful handwork with various tools, safe operation of equipment, and precise finishing of work in accordance with direction from Team Leads. The Landscape Laborer must ensure all assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner, assist with other various projects as needed, and represent Viridity and its related affiliates professionally at all times.

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all associates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the overall construction of lawn and landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project.
• Use skillful handwork with various tools such as shovels and rakes.
• Operate pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads.
• Precisely finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads.
• Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with other various projects, as needed.
• Represent Viridity and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
