About The Position
Terra Verde Landscape Solutions is looking for an experienced Landscape Irrigation Technician. This is a year-round, full-time position requiring outdoor physical work. The job is based in Gilbert, AZ, with work performed Valley wide. The compensation is competitive, including a hiring bonus, referral bonuses, hourly pay with monthly metric incentive bonuses, health insurance, paid days off, and a company vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience as a landscape irrigation technician.
- Valid AZ Driver's License.
- Understand layout and install commercial irrigation systems including controllers, nozzles, valves, heads, and low voltage electrical wiring.
- Understand proper pipe fitting.
- Trace wire.
- Sweat copper pipe and fittings.
- Program timers/controllers.
Nice To Haves
- Vacuum breaker certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial irrigation systems including controllers, nozzles, valves, heads, and low voltage electrical wiring.
- Troubleshoot irrigation issues for clients.
- Complete work order paperwork via smart phone billing app.
