About The Position
Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a Landscape Installer to join their team. This role involves working with a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients in the Kansas City area. The company is employee-owned and emphasizes growth opportunities and treating employees well. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
Nice To Haves
- Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
- Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service
- Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions
