About The Position

Ryan Lawn & Tree is expanding its landscape team and is looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and loves seeing a finished project come to life. In this role, you will work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area. The company is a leader in the lawn and landscape industry across the Midwest and is committed to helping team members grow through continuous education, hands-on training, and real advancement opportunities. Requirements

• Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening (including marijuana), and DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions
