Lead the crew that bring Charleston’s finest landscapes to life. At Brownswood Nursery, an installation foreman isn’t just running a crew—you’re the person who ensures every project is delivered with the craftsmanship and white-glove service our clients expect. You take a landscape from plan to planting, and you take pride in the details that separate good work from exceptional work. You’re a natural leader who earns respect on the jobsite. Your crew follows you because you’re organized, fair, and set the standard for quality and safety. And you’d take a day working outside over a desk any time of year.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of landscaping/installation experience preferred
• 1–2 years leading others in landscape installation preferred
• Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a budget-minded approach
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive tractors with trailers a plus (training available)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–3 landscape professionals from project start to finish
• Read and execute landscape plans and drawings with precision
• Deliver high-quality installations on time and on budget
• Apply working knowledge of grading, drainage, and construction fundamentals
• Interact with clients and prospects in a professional, courteous manner that reflects our standard of service
• Operate company tools and equipment safely, and uphold jobsite safety
• Coach your crew—giving and receiving constructive feedback with respect
