Landscape Installation Crew Lead
About The Position
Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a hands-on Garden Install Leader who is passionate about plants, a skilled crew motivator, and a jobsite professional. This role involves working with talented designers and the operations team to create high-end landscapes. Requirements
- 2 years of landscape installation experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.
- Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience.
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of installation experience in Landscape Construction.
- Strong communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
- A passion for plants, teamwork, and creating beautiful spaces.
- A degree in horticulture or related fields is a bonus, not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 teammates.
- Transform detailed landscape designs into real, stunning gardens.
- Track daily tasks, hours, and materials.
- Operate equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors.
- Drive light-duty dump trucks and practice safe trailering methods.
- Maintain organization of tools, trucks, and the shop.
- Communicate with the production manager to ensure smooth project execution.
