Position Summary: Performs senior-level technical or specialized work in the Sustainable Development Department. Performs landscape and zoning inspections, plan review, and permitting for compliance with Land Development Code and approved site plans. Monitors and enforces the City's Land Development Code. Work is performed under limited supervision with moderate latitude. Position relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine the best approach by using and interpreting policies and procedures.
