About The Position

Ensuring grounds are maintained to standard as assigned at Riverside Health System standards. Job assignments will include but not limited to: landscape installation, hand watering, mulching, hedge trimming, trash removal, leaf removal, weed removal both by hand and chemically, push mowing when needed, snow removal, flower plantings in beds, containers, and baskets. Must be knowledgeable of plant names and maintenance characteristics for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Requirements

1 year Landscaping experience in a professional environment (Required)
Valid Drivers License (Required)

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)
Certified Pesticide Applicator - Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Registered Spray Technician within 1 Year (Preferred)

Revises the daily service plan as appropriate to ensure the highest quality.
