About The Position

BruZiv Landscaping LLC is seeking a dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking landscaping/snow plowing Foreperson/Field Supervisor to join their team. This role involves leading a crew and requires knowledge of landscaping tools, terms, and expectations. The company offers quality landscaping and snowplowing services in the Cuyahoga Falls/Akron, Ohio area, with services including lawn maintenance, landscaping, softscape work, hardscaping, and snow/ice management.

Requirements

4+ years of landscaping experience REQUIRED.
4+ years of experience with snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery.
Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team and lead your crew.
Self-motivated.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions.
Ability to work overtime.
Punctual with a clean/professional appearance.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with customer service and engagement.
Ability to pass a drug test & background check (No felonies).
Must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - No Suspensions.
Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.).
Driver's License (Required).
Clean driving record No suspensions.
References are a MUST.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of irrigation repair.
Knowledge of construction, outdoor lighting, retaining walls.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members.
Operate landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk behind, bed edger, zero turn mowers, etc.).
Operate various snow equipment (V-Plow, snow-rator, snow blower, salt box).
Perform bed enhancements including plants, flowers, trees, mulching, and new turf lawn installation.
Perform mulch/gravel/plants/lawn installation.
Perform snow removal, which may require weekend work.
Work overtime as needed.
