About The Position

Landscape Management Company (a Lakeside Company) is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman for a full-time, year-round position. You'll lead our grounds crew through landscape season and snow season, with steady hours and overtime during snow events. Lakeside Companies is a growing North Idaho company with commercial properties, a golf and hospitality operation, and a senior living community. Our grounds crew keeps every property safe, attractive, and ready for business and events, in every season.

Requirements

3+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
Comfortable operating and maintaining landscape and snow equipment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 2 years (motor vehicle record check required)
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Available on call for snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Commercial snow removal experience preferred
Idaho pesticide applicator license a plus, or willingness to get one

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of landscape technicians day to day: assign work, train, and keep quality high
Mow, trim, prune, plant, and maintain lawns, beds, trees, and shrubs
Start up, repair, and winterize irrigation systems
Run snow and ice removal in winter using plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers
Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots clear and safe before business hours
Maintain equipment and keep supplies stocked
Prepare grounds for special events
