Responsibilities
- Review the daily schedule and scope of work with the crew.
- Assign tasks and provide direction throughout the day.
- Ensure the team uses the proper equipment and materials.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and job site safety.
- Document issues and communicate changes or concerns to management.
