About The Position

All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc is hiring a Landscape Enhancements (Hardscape) Crew Member to support upgrades, repairs, and beautification work across a diverse portfolio of properties including condominiums, apartments, commercial sites, schools, and estate homes. This is a hands-on role for someone with prior landscape installation experience and pride in quality work. You will work under the direction of an Enhancements Crew Leader, supporting day-to-day execution, jobsite standards, and project quality in the field.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscape installation, base preparation, compaction, or small hardscape repair work
  • Ability to take direction, ask good questions, and execute work orders accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, polished results
  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive jobsite culture
  • Comfortable working around compact equipment and installation tools safely
  • Experience with turf-only or mowing-only work alone will not meet the requirements for this position

Nice To Haves

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract are considered an asset, and may be required to progress into a future Crew Leader role

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside your Crew Leader to complete daily work plans safely and efficiently
  • Participate in morning huddles (safety, plan, expectations) and follow direction for the day
  • Execute enhancement and landscape upgrade work, including: Mulch installs and full bed refreshes, Annual color installs, Shrub and plant replacements, Sod installation and repair, Edging installation and repair, Decorative stone installs, Minor grading and soil preparation, Resetting heaved pavers and completing small hardscape repairs, Fence repairs and other small site upgrades or restoration work
  • Support larger enhancement projects that require strong base preparation, grade control, and compaction fundamentals
  • Identify and flag site issues early, including base problems, grade concerns, material shortages, property risks, and equipment issues
  • Maintain strong attention to jobsite organization and presentation during demolition, rebuild, and finishing phases
  • Protect surrounding property, manage debris properly, and contribute to clean tool staging, trailer organization, and proper daily load-out
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including compact equipment and installation tools where required
  • Work professionally around clients, residents, and occupied sites when required
