About The Position

As an Enhancement Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day execution of enhancement and install work, focusing primarily on plant installations, softscape improvements, and related site enhancements. This role involves managing and overseeing enhancement and install projects, including planting, mulching, sod, bed renovations, and light excavation. You will lead and support foremen and crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The position requires planning daily and weekly work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring crews have the necessary materials and equipment. A key part of the role is executing and overseeing the planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and sod. You will coordinate with Branch leadership to prioritize work and manage workload, monitor job progress, quality, and productivity, and address issues in real time. Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism, as well as enforcing safety policies, PPE compliance, and best practices are crucial. Additionally, you will train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and teamwork, and communicate effectively with clients, account managers, and internal teams.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in landscape enhancements, installs, or softscape-focused work
Previous leadership experience as a foreman, lead technician, or crew leader
Strong working knowledge of planting practices, soil prep, grading, and softscape installation
Ability to operate and oversee the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow schedules, budgets, and company processes
Comfortable using a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting
Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States
